I used to own this farm and set it up 3-4 years ago. I have personally passed 2 bucks that were 170", because they were 4-year-olds, and the area produces 190-200" deer almost every year (I can send multiple pics of the 190-200s). The property has a great home or cabin site overlooking a possible 2-acre lake site, which I would potentially split the cost of building the dam with the new owner. I still own 30 acres with a cabin that borders the 41.45 acres that I Air B and B. This is a great area with great neighbors.
