LOCATION: This ranch is situated in the southwestern part of Medina County
which is roughly an hour and a half drive west of San Antonio. This ranch is
located 13 miles south of DHanis off County Road 621 and at the end of a 1.5 mile
deeded easement.
WATER: There is more than 2,700 feet of the Squirrel Creek that crosses the
ranch from west to east making a nice transition from fertile bottom land to
rocky hills. Most of the year, the creek is dry. Also located on the ranch is an
earthen tank. There is no water well and the Edwards Aquifer is believed to be
roughly 2,000 to 2,600 feet deep/
TERRAIN: The terrain varies from rolling flint rock hills to creek bottoms to flat
areas with deep soils. The elevations range from approximately 700 ft. to 850

oaks, large mesquite, Texas persimmon, blackbrush, guaya...
