Legal Description: The approximate east 885 feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Nine (9), Township Twenty (20) North, Range Twelve (12) W.I.M., Major County, OK LESS AND EXCEPT an approximate 6.17 acre tract in the southeast corner. Minerals: Do not sell. Crop: Does not sell. Possession: of the grassland is to be given upon payment in full of the purchase price and transfer of title. Possession of the cultivated land is to be given upon payment in full of the purchase price and transfer of title, subject to the existing agricultural lease. Terms: 10% of the purchase price is to be placed in escrow the day of the auction with the balance being due upon delivery of merchantable title.
