The Holly Creek Tract (Listing #4631) is located in the Holly Creek Community just southwest of Broken Bow and is described as E of NE, Section 6, Township 7 South, Range 24 East, containing 80 acres more or less, McCurtain County, Oklahoma (see attached maps).

From Highway 3/259 junction in Broken Bow, go south .2 mile to stoplight. Turn west (right) on Choctaw Street, which becomes Old Broken Bow Highway. Travel 7.8 miles, then turn right (west) onto Holly Creek Road. Travel west .9 mile, passing Holly Creek School, to tract (marked with signs).
