This property can be accessed from Bernardo heading west and south (about 30 miles all dirt roads) or from Magdalena heading north thru Riley (about 30 miles all dirt roads) Keep in mind traveling dirt roads in the remote countryside has certain inherient risks. Heading North from Magdalena/Riley you do have to cross the river (Rio Salado). There will be times however likely seldom you may not be able to cross due to rains.
There are several building sites and electric is about 1/4th mile away. Well and septic are not installed. Cell phone access is limited to non existant. You would have to take your phone to see if it works.
The shell is 30 X 20 built with masonry blocks. Floor is dirt and the roof is almost non existent at this point. Fencing is barbed wire and in pretty good shape but will need fixed in many places. The shell is located very close to the SW corner of the property.
Since the area is so remote there are not many residences out there meaning not very many wells to look up.
I have pulled up well logs in the area and bordering 4 townships. The wells I could find nearest to the property is somewhere near the section (sectio is 1sq.mi) at 600 feet. Anything about water or anything else is not guaranteed or represented.
There is landline phone to the shell and the green phone box at the property corner. The phone company is Western New Mexico Phone and the electric company is Socorro electric coop.
HOA has not been set up at the subdivision, no dues, no membership and no one in charge of taking care of the roads.
