Even though The Dipper Ranch possesses incredible native whitetail genetics an intensive pasture management programs has been designed and implemented. To support their management program the owners constructed a deer breeding facility in 2007 to further enhance the development and quality of their whitetail population. As a part of their commitment to producing a quality herd, the owners have purchased (7) 200 plus Boone & Crockett-class white bucks and over (70) does.
There over 20,000 square feet of new facilities, this includes a main house, guest quarters, a ranch foremans house and a ranch facilities managers house. In addition there is a 10,000 square foot operations hub that includes a mechanics shop, welding and fabrications facility plus a wood working shop. Last there is a 11,250 square ft equipments storage facility, this building includes a ranch office with a game processing and storage room.
