5.8 unrestricted acres county road frontage

5.8 surveyed acres easily accessible with driveway built and home/cabin/RV site cleared. You won't find more reasonably-priced land in the area fronting a county-maintained gravel road. The county road is all-weather, 2x4 accessible, and cleared to allow large trucks access to the site. Also, have other land off Hatfield Creek Rd for sale from 32 acres to 100+ acres (see last couple of images) . This property is off grid, with no utilities, no HOA, and no building restrictions. Very private and secluded. Mineral rights included-conveyed in fee simple interest. Great hunting for deer, turkey, wild boar, and all mountain small game. Whitetail bucks in 135-155 class, when allowed to mature, are regularly harvested in this area. If you want "on grid" land with utilities, check out my other land for sale at the bottom of this page. Directions

GOOGLE MAPS: input "Dave Lay Hollow Tennessee" for directions to just north of the property boundary. You may be able to navigate all the way to the property by entering, "719 Hatfield Creek Rd, Newcomb, TN 37819." From the south at Knoxville, go north on I-75 to Exit 141 (Huntsville/Oneida/Pioneer). As you exit I-75 at Exit 141, proceed 24 miles to the property. Take a left under the interstate and past the Pilot on 63/297 bearing right on Hwy 297 at the Pioneer, TN US Post Office and continuing north on 297 through Elk Valley to the Newcomb Community. Take a left from Hwy 297 going west (if you pass E's country store on your left then you went too far north on Hwy 297 so turn around and go back) on Whistle Creek Rd for 5.5 miles as the road transitions from asphalt to gravel. Stay on Whistle Creek Rd (you will bear left a total of 3 times to reach the property). Bear left at the first asphalt fork remaining on Whistle Creek Rd and cotinuing up an over the mountain then down the mountain to merge with Lamb Mountain Rd bearing left a second time in a sharp curve (other gravel roads are private drives off Whistle Creek Rd and are gated) and making your third "bear left" shortly thereafter onto Whistle Creek Rd.

From the north at Lexington, KY, go south on I-75 and take Exit 160 (Jellico) at the TN-KY state line. GOOGLE MAPs directions: enter "Dave Lay Hollow Tennessee" or "719 Hatfield Creek Rd, Newcomb, TN 37819." From the off-ramp on Exit 160 it is 11 miles to the property. Proceed south through Jellico on 5th St/Main St/297 continuing south on Hwy 297/Newcomb Pike and turning right onto Whistle Creek Rd west toward the county line, then bear left going south on Lamb Mountain Rd/Whistle Creek Rd.

Once you reach the north property line at the hay field, utilize the OnXHunt app on your phone to fix your location relative to the property boundaries.
