It is located just a few hundred feet from Laugh's Lake, and it is minutes away from the Silver River for some great trout fishing! The property is wooded with Basswood, Cedar, Hard Maple, Pine, and Soft Maples and there are trails through the property to explore. The area is full of woodland wildlife and waterfowl! Across the entry into South Drive is access to thousands of acres of Corporate CFA Land for additional "walk in" hunting and fishing. The cabin has an open Living/Dining/Kitchen area, and Three Bedrooms. Underground power is available nearby, but the cabin currently has a 12-Volt Generator for power, with Lp Gas lights, refrigerator, and stove. There is a hand drilled water pump in the kitchen, but the current owners bring in bottled drinking water. The cabin is heated with a wood stove, and an oil space heater. There is a separate 8x24 Sauna Building that has a 7x9 Changing Room with sink, and a 7x12 wood fired sauna and shower.
