Land: The ranch consists of two hills and a valley in between. There is a road to the top of one of the hills that provide spectacular views of the surrounding area. The valley in the bottom has good dirt and even a small field with thick native grass. The vegetation consists of some very nice oak trees, cedar, persimmon, mountain laurel, and various other types of trees and brush.
Wildlife: A wide variety of game can be observed including whitetail deer, hogs, turkey, dove, quail, hummingbirds, and fox. The current owner does not hunt but does have a couple of feeders to keep the wildlife around.
