I personally set this farm up 3-4 years ago and used to own it. The area is known for producing 190-200" deer almost every year (I can text photos of some of these giants), and I have personally passed 2 bucks that were 170" as 4-year-old deer. I created a trail system around the farm for easy access, a 40-plus-acre sanctuary in the middle, and a 1.5-acre food plot where we pushed up all the trees and left only 3 openings for the deer to enter and leave, right past the stands. I also had trees pushed up on the east and west sides of the property to pinch the deer right past the stand sites, and the seller killed a 5-year-old buck in 2024 because of this. There is an Amish-built box blind that stays with the farm, and 5-6 stands already in some great locations. I have hunted this farm in the past and seen up to 40 deer in a sit, and almost half were bucks! The property is surrounded by large timber and agriculture and has a creek along its northern border for year-round water.
