1. Only sealed bid, cash lump sum written offers will be accepted. Bids may be mailed prior to the sale or delivered to the office of Jones & Carter, PA located at 304 Sunset St. in Ahoskie, NC. All bids will be opened on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and award the bid in the manner deemed in their best interest at the owners sole discretion. 2. Closing will be completed within 60 days of the sale. A deposit of 10% of the bid price will be required of the successful bidder upon acceptance of offer with the balance at closing. 3. Sellers will pay for deed preparation, revenue stamps, prorated property taxes, and sellers agent fees. Buyer will bear expense of title search, title insurance, deed recordation, boundary surveying, and all other costs of the sale. 4. Possession will be given at time of closing. Current farmer has until December 31, 2018 to complete his farming operation. There are no hunting leases on the property. 5.
