This perfect mix of flooded timber, willow sloughs & flooded crop ground makes this one of the areas absolute finest waterfowl hunting properties. This is also a working farm with over 200 acres of rich bottomland, income producing row crop ground if owners wanted. The club also features a 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath clubhouse that overlooks the entire club -- just perfect for relaxing by the fire, whether it's the large fireplace inside or the fire pit outside. Every attention to detail has been taken with the construction of this lodge including: custom stairs, beams, dining table & bar top all hand made from trees off of the farm; to the magnificent fireplace; and the tremendous sliding door that gives way to a wall of glass for viewing the waterfowl below in the bottoms. The lodge boasts a large kitchen and living room able to handle very large groups (we often host all 10 of the clubs' members along with several guests each day during duck season). There's also a large metal shop building capable of storing everything needed for a club of this size (boats, atv's, decoys, tractor's etc.).
