This 520-acre tract is a section with 60 acres out of each of the northwest and southeast corners. There are 7 wells that have submersible electric motors and pumps. Only 5 of the wells are used for the 250-acre sprinkler that is a 1996 Zimmatic nozzled at 400 gpm. A 91.1-acre field east of the sprinkler and a 20.3 acre field southwest of the sprinkler were planted to row-watered corn in 2008. There are also 42.1 acres of grass and 78.4 acres of CRP which is enrolled for $36.95 per acre through 2011.
