This tract is in northeast Wilkinson County north of MS Hwy 563. Cole Road is the eastern boundary, the southern and northern boundaries are company roads (the northern boundary also a cut out timber line), and the western boundary is private ownership. The east fork of Silver Creek, which is spring fed, starts in the center of the property. The terrain is very hilly and approximately 15% of this tract in SMZ with bottomland hardwoods and pine. The balance of the tract is various age groups of planted pine and natural re-generation pine. Utilities are available.
