This is a farm dreams are made of. The terrain and cover is very diverse and lays out perfect for growing, holding, and harvesting monster whitetails that Southern Iowa is known for. The NW corner of this farm has one of the best building sites I have ever seen on a property and it is at the end of a dead end. Wapello and Davis Counties are both power house counties for producing the top end bucks!!! I spent an entire afternoon on this piece walking and I cant tell you how many deer and turkeys I walked up on. I also bumped a buck I know would go in the 180s but was unable to capture a picture of him due to the tremendous cover! If you are looking for a large Southern Iowa tract you gotta look at this one!
