This tract has approximately 551 acres and is located between Pine Orchard and Skinnerton in the northeast part of Monroe Co. It has about a mile of frontage along County Rd. 5 and about 1/4 mile of frontage along County Rd. 9. Murder Creek runs through the tract. The site index for timber is excellent and the tract has been intensively managed for timber and wildlife. A large portion of the tract is in well stocked pine plantation approximately 30 years old. There is also an area of merchantable pine plantation that is ready for a first thinning.
