Auctioneers Note
Well-located, productive farmland usually stays in the same family. However, this public auction offers you the opportunity to own some of Posey Countys best. This is good, safe, fertile land that has benefited from excellent soil conservation practices and stewardship. You can invest in land with soils that yield a very good yearly dividend and yet, with their nearness to Mt. Vernon, their abundance of frontage, and availability of utilities, they have some of the best potential to increase in value
as any recent land offerings. These properties sell regardless of price. See more details call Jason Blue at 812-452-3191.
