Driving Directions

Tracts 1, 3 & 4

From Shenandoah travel South on Highway 59 for approximately 9.8 miles then turn West onto County Road J56. Travel 1 mile and turn back South onto 410th Ave. Tract 1 is situated approximately .5 miles down on the West side of the road. Tracts 3 & 4 are located on the East side of the road with Tract 3 beginning on the Southeast corner of County Road J56 and 410th Avenue and Tract 4 beginning on the South side of the ditch.

Tract 2

From Shenandoah travel South on Highway 59 for approximately 5.8 miles then turn West onto County 250th St. Continue for approximately 5 miles and turn South onto 370th Ave. The farm is located approximately 3.8 miles down on the East side of the road.
