Legal Description: SE/4 of Section (19), Township (29) North, Range (9), and approximately the East 27 acres in the SW/4 of (19) Township (29) North, Range (9) W.I.M. Alfalfa County, OK.
Taxes: This tract is combined with the SW/4 total taxes are $868.31

There is an older set of improvement consisting of 40 x 80 Round top barn with 20 x 80 lean too on each side (still very useable), small garage (fair cond.), electric service, and domestic water well. Auctioneers Note: This property is all contiguous and will make a great land package and it could be generations before it might become available again. Be sure to view this property prior to bidding. The property offers excellent hunting for deer, turkey, quail, and pheasant and most of all it offers tremendous water for irrigation.
Possession: will be given at closing.
