This liquid nitrogen manufacturing plant started being erected in 2010 -2011 and was never completed. The plant consists of two 35 ton per day high pressure nitrogen units that was reported to be built in in 1964-67 and were installed in Louisiana. In 1976 they were moved to New Mexico and in the early 1990s it was dismantle and moth-balled. The principal soil types are Grandfield Fine Sandy Loam, class II; Eda Sand, class III and IV.
