This project will include the subdivision and development of these 6 parcels for cluster, planned residential development or purpose-built Public Park or Garden Space. Additionally, this large development site could be used additionally for City surface water control structures needed to assist peak wet weather surface water flows from nearby Beacon Hill neighborhoods.
