Densley wooded tract of pine timber & hardwoods. This is a very pretty tract and would make a great building site, or getaway for family camping, hunting or just spend a lazy weekend. Wet weather spring/pond - ground damp now w/o much rain. Old MH on property - a septic tank was once in operation but not sure of location or condition. Surrounded by large & small tracts, but all 100% country.
