For those so inclined, this is Texas was sunshine in abundance for solar power; and, when it rains it rains. This area receives 35 inches of rainfall annually, compared to Seattle's 37" annually. So, rainwater catchment is not only doable, but the growing trend in the area.

The valley was named Peaceful Valley by its Native American inhabitants, and this is absolutely true. You can sit in silence and feel the stress completely lift from your soul.
