Solid brush with some open motted areas. Brush has been work over and cleaned up. Two food plots have been planted as well. Lots of wildlife abounds. Property has game fencing on the north end only. Main home needs a little work but is in good shape. There is a nice efficiency guest area attached to the barn as well.
