The Mokelumne River Ranch Equestrian Center is an exquisite income producing boarding and training facility located in the California Delta community of Thornton, along the Mokelumne River and just minutes from Sacramento and Lodi Wine Country. Ideally situated on 60 acres with easy freeway access, the Center features a large covered and lit riding arena, open training and jump arena, full size dressage court, large open arena with Gymkhana Barrel & Pole training set-ups, a sizable round pen, a one mile loping track, a lengthy western trail and cross country training course, and several miles of riding trails on the ranch and along the Mokelumne River. Currently at near capacity, the boarding facilities can accommodate more than 30 horses in comfort with several stall barns, spacious paddocks, and tack rooms. The Ranch includes 3 residential units and has three wells providing irrigation and drinking water.
