WATER: Over one mile of major drainage Deep Creek crosses the eastern portion of the ranch, holding water much of the time, in a lush, riparian bottom of monster hardwoods and thick grasses. The ranch also co-features 7 good stock ponds, several stocked with fish, and there is possibility of major lake site as well. The residence is served by Richland Springs Water Supply, and groundwater maps show several fresh water wells within a mile of two of the property boundary. LAND: The ranch is almost a perfect square, with the western 1/3 being the eastern side of a long, north-to-south ridge that culminates along a spectacular bluff that runs the length of the property from N to S. Stupendous views are had from this bluff of the impressive Deep Creek Valley to the east and beyond, with many fine potential homesites to choose from. Overall elevation change is 130' from top to bottom, though it feels like more when on the bluff!
