Four of the 7 available wells are equipped with submersible electric motors and pumps and are piped to a pit on the east side of the section with a booster pump used to supply the sprinkler that is nozzled at 400 gpm. There are about 108 acres of grass, an older Quonset barn, a set of load-out pens and a domestic well on the property. There are 269.1 acres enrolled in CRP for $37.69 per acre through 2012.
