The north part of the pasture has a large canyon into a large draw. The south part of the pasture has a rollling mesa and a large canyon also.

The ranch is still in the ranching industry so the fences are in new or very well maintaned condition.

There is ceder, mesquite and pear along with the native grasses.The whitetail deer and birds enjoy this pasture.

This property is out of a current pasture on the ranch. So a fence needs to be built after the property is surveyed.
