A wide sendero looks several hundred yards to the east where we saw a group of turkeys feeding. A five coop bird dog kennel is fenced on concrete. Further behind the kennel is a large emergency generator and propane tank to fuel it. It is designed to turn on if power to the home is interrupted. Adjacent is a large metal implement shed, sized about 75 ft x 30 ft. It stores tractors and trucks and is open on the south side. To the left is a small greenhouse and a small storage building. The submersible water well and pressure tank supply the houses and has connections to the windmill cistern and can pipe water to troughs and the other stock tanks if necessary.
Ranch: The ranch appears to be about 70% native brush with small open pastures for gathering cattle. Near the windmill there are three water troughs and to the north is a usable set of working pens and an old barn. Further north is a bunk/guest house known as the Casita. It has a living/dining/bunk room with kitchen, one bathroom and a bedroom that currently bunks four. The ranch is fairly rectangular with excellent habitat for deer, turkey, dove and quail. There are numerous large oaks throughout. There are two pipelines that cross the ranch but no production.
