Timber Inventory: The timber inventory was conducted by Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. in October of 2013 using 76 Ten Factor Prism sample points. Volumes were calculated using locally accepted volume tables. The tree counts and volumes are estimates and are not guaranteed. A summary of timber tree counts and volumes on the Midway Route Tract is as follows. Detailed timber reports are available on the web or by request.

The topography of the property is flat and gently rolling. The soils on the property consist of predominately of Sacul soils with 3 to 8 percent slopes and have a good average site index for Loblolly Pine of 84 Feet (base Age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey. The soils report indicates that this tract provides great timber growth potential
