LBC Farms (Tract A) is 76.6 acres and is located on Waters Ferry Rd just outside of North, SC. The tract is a great timber investment. The whole tract was planted in Loblolly pine in the winter of 2001. The survial rate of the pines was great and they are growing fast in most areas. The tract has great habbitat for deer and other types of wildlife. Tract A can also be bought with Tract B as one tract, which would make a 153 acre tract.
