76.8 Pacific Lighting Pistachios

There are two ranches totaling 76.8 acres of mature pistachios located within Madera Water District and are entitled to receive water. They are both irrigated via microspinkler. The reservoir on the southeast corner of APN 031-151-013 (the eastern ranch)is not apart of the sale. That reservoir is owned by Madera Water District and is a separate parcel.

The two ranches may be purchased together or separately. Price is $7,000/acre for both.
