Water: A 1720’ - 60gpm Carrizo water well is the center of water for this South Texas ranch along with one mile of the Nueces River which is outside the high fence and borders the famous 24,000 acre Cochina Ranch. The well pumps to a 2500 gallon storage tank which then supplies water to two 600 gallon troughs and one 50 gallon water trough via 2.5 miles of underground water lines.
Improvements: The ranch has a nice 2,000sq/ft – 3BR/2BA ranch house with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and a drive through vehicle parking.
