The three 40x420 poultry houses were built in 2008 and are contracted with Tyson Foods. The seller had a breeder farm previous to this one, and the experience and forethought really shows through in the construction and maintenance of this farm. The poultry houses all feature 10 ft sidewalls, R30 insulation in the ceilings, heat-reflective white tops, brand new nest closures, an oversized egg room, firewalls between the houses, LED lights, new winching, a 100kw generator, Rotem controllers, Rotem alarm system, and an in-house video monitoring system.
