The large building has five (5) entries, an eating area, kitchen, two (2) bathrooms and a large convention type room with a raised platform and storage in various areas.

The smaller metal building has a concrete floor foundation and has been divided by a wall into two (2) large unfinished areas with a walk through opening between the two (2) rooms.

Also on the property between the two (2) buildings is a large covered metal pit barbeque area.
