This tract of timberland has approximately 80 acres and is located in the eastern part of Marengo Co. a few miles northeast of Vineland. There is a good stand of merchantable pine plantation approximately 27 years old that has had a light thinning. The topography is flat to gently rolling and the black belt soils have high site index for growing pine timber and also produce excellent antler growth for whitetail deer. There are several nice food plots on the tract which when combined with the timber stands create excellent habitat for the abundant deer and turkey populations.
