The buyer shall receive the entire bean crop.
The buyer shall reimburse the seller for the crop insurance expenses and the buyer will receive any 2012 crop insurance payments.
The 2012 hay crop is reserved for the seller and the seller has the right to remove the final hay crop of 2012.
The buyer shall be responsible for any fencing in accordance with Iowa state law.
The buyer shall be responsible for installing his/her own entrance if needed or desired.
This real estate is selling subject to any and all covenants, restrictions, encroachments and easements of record, as well as all applicable zoning laws.
If in the future a site clean up is required it shall be at the expense of the buyer.
