1. A 10% deposit will be required at the time of auction close
2. The Township Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason that it deems appropriate and in the municipality's best interest.
3. The winning bidder will be required to enter into a Contract for Sale, a sample copy of which shall be on file with the Township Clerk. The Contract for Sale will then be submitted to the governing body for its approval and/or rejection. If approved, Closing shall take place no later than (30) days from the date of the governing body's approval by Resolution of the acceptance of the bid. A copy of a form of Contract for Sale is attached. The language of the actual Contract for Sale may vary from this form
4. Said property shall be sold "as is, where is", and the governing body makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition of title. Title shall be conveyed by way of QuitClaim Deed.
