Located just a few miles southeast of Harrison, Nebraska, are two land parcels providing a unique opportunity for someone to own for either grazing, Ranchette home sites, or combinations thereof. It is the intention of the owners to auction these two land parcels, so the following is a brief description of each. However, an onsite review is usually far more informative and can be arranged upon request

Tract 1: This approximate 521.52 acre land tract, with an unknown acreage of 4 Lots, is bordered along the west side of Andrews County Road with access off of State Highway 20 just a few miles east of Harrison in Sioux County, Nebraska. Highway 20 is a primary route from Interstate 25 in Wyoming at Orin Junction, then travels about 45 miles east thru Lusk, continues on east to the Neb. Border and thru Harrison another 30 miles or so, and then past Andrews County Road. Just a few more miles going east on Highway 20 is the Historical site of Old Fort Robinson where Chief Crazy Horse was killed. This Nebraska State Park provides a variety of opportunities, including camping sites, rooms in the old brick building living quarters, a museum, tours, a live theater, and restaurant. Highway 20 then continues on easterly thru Chadron, Nebraska, and points beyond. The 521.52 acre land tract itself sets along the westerly edge of a timbered ridge line with an old abandoned rail line running thru it along what is called the White River, an intermittent stream. The terrain is hilly, with many ridge lines and draws, bottom lands and flat tops, of which many are studded with ponderosa pine, cedars, and broad leafs. Access is excellent off of Andrews County Road which runs for nearly a mile along the east side of the property. Water is presently provided by wind mill and water holes along the intermittent stream, with electricity along the county road.
Tract 2: This approximate 320 acre land tract is just a couple of miles farther south of Parcel 1 and is reached by continuing on Andrews County Road. It is situated about ¼ mile west off of the county road and is accessed on a two tire track that meanders across a pasture to a gate at the south-east corner of the property. The terrain is much like Tract 1, but with few trees other then around an old farmstead site and windmill. This 320 acre land tract should make a good summer grass pasture, which appears to have a mixture of cool and warm season native grasses in production. Like Tract 1, Tract 2 is entirely fenced, but in some instances may be fenced to convenience because of the terrain and is being represented as is.
