5.5 Miles from the intersection of FM 109 and Brunes Mill Rd. There is a very nice 2100 Sq. Ft. Rock Home with a large den and living area. Several impressive mounts from the ranch are displayed and are included in the sale. A large barn is located behind the house. This barn has many unique features. A shed area furnishes parking on one side, while on the north side there is a complete slaughterhouse facility, including a hook and rail system to convey the animal from kill floor to walk-in cooler. An office space is also housed in the barn. There is also a 40x75 tractor barn. Several elaborate deer breeding pens are strategically placed throughout the ranch. Deer proof fencing surrounds the entire ranch, and along the road it is double fenced. Electric fencing has been placed along all pens, and neighbor's fence lines.
