For an example: the baseboards are extra wide, the crown molding, door casings & window casings feature implemented details; simply a special touch many people would not do in order to save money. All doors and bathrooms are equipped with quality door handles/faucets. And there are 2 water-heaters as well as a spacious mud-room a, exterior door and is set-up for a water line in case you want an ice-maker or another refrigerator.

The dining area has stained concrete floors; kitchen, hallways and baths have tiled floors. All floor coverings are held in neutral, warm tone earth colors. The Owner created a warm, welcoming & elegant atmosphere in their house. It reminds me a bit of the Colorado Hunting Lodges too.

Do you like to cook and dream of an exquisite kitchen? If so, you will be stunt by the great features of this kitchen has to offer. The cabinets are special made out of knotty alder, solid wood all the way to the ceiling, about 7ft. tall and tons of storage for your cooking ware. This island is about 92 inches long, 4 ft. wide and has double outlets on both sides and also an area for vegetable baskets. Some great features of the cabinets are built-in dividers, pull-outs, built-in spice rack and many more fine details. Adjoining to the cabinets is also a built in desk with cabinets above for your computer station, recipe books, etc. It is Simply a "COOKS DREAM". Kitchen & Living room windows have bamboo blinds, which again gives the home a wonderful, classy touch.

Outdoors: your will find a great tree house for kids to play in nearby the house. The 96 acres consist of about 40% open pasture land, rest is in combination of scattered woods and timber. So ideal for horses, cattle and hunting! Newer fences with exception of one small part along the road. The home is supplied by Propane, electric and well water. Sewer consists of septic tank with lagoon (hidden, looks like a pond). Owner did not like the idea of an aerobic sewer system, since her child plays much outdoors. Propane tank is owned, not leased!

The well was drilled in 2006 when the home was built and is about 160 ft. deep. It also has a 1000 gal. holding-tank, which you really will appreciate. On the bottom part of this land is a spacious well house with a hook-up for generators, a spring-fed pond with a beach area created by the Owner.
