This is a must-see timber and hunting property with great pine stands for cash flow and stunning mature hardwoods. Multiple year-round creeks with small waterfalls and bubbling riffles flow through park-like hardwood bottoms. Whether taking a pleasant walk or quietly hunting, the primary streams offer amazingly easy access around the property. Rolling hills and ridgetops are easily traversed on forest roads and ATV trails. There are several sites that are likely suitable for pond construction. Deer and turkey hunting are excellent in this area, and there is a small food plot as well as a gas line that provides long-range open views. Most of the pine stands were planted in 1985 and have been thinned once, so they carry considerable value. There are some smaller pines planted in 2008 that provide a diverse age class for future cuts. Listing provided by: Wilson Forestry and Appraisal
