This 1 acre land is located in the rolling hills a few miles southeast of the tiny town of Teller County, between Trinidad and Colorado Springs. There are very few restrictions here and you can camp here as long as you like. It would be a great spot for a cabin or country home. It is very quiet and peaceful. The property has electric about 460 feet away next to the fence to the west. There is an old stone house from long ago and some other old structures, but they may be too far gone to be usable. Since this property is at least 1 acres, you may drill a well and the water from it can be used to irrigate up to an acre (Colorado law) of land, and can be used for livestock as well as household use. There is a cistern (underground cement water tank) a hundred feet or so southeast of the old stone house on the property, but I have not found a well there. There is a creekbed (Bear Springs Creek) on the property that has water after a rainy season.
