From Highway 285 take road 162 (Chalk Creek Dr. ) west 15.6 miles to the town of St. Elmo, turn right at the west end of town and go across the creek and Gunnison Ave will be on your left. Continue to the fork in the road and stay to the left on road 294. It will be 1.1 miles to the property. As you continue on road 294 you will come to a turn around and there are 3 green gates, go through the one on the left. The property is the 4'th one on the left.
