The Grand Canyon has been proclaimed to be "The Eighth Natural Wonder of the World" and is "The Most Visited National Park". It is over a mile deep and up to 18 miles wide and stretches for 277 miles, covering 1,218,375 acres. You will be just a few miles from The Hualapai Indian Reservation, Guano Point and the Skywalk Glass Bridge. This glass bridge suspends visitors 4,000 Feet above the Grand Canyon floor. The get to the subdivision you will drive down the middle of a very large canyon with breathtaking views of the Grand Wash Cliffs on your left and Iron Mountain on your right.

Meadview is the closest town, which is the entrance to the incredible Lake Mead National Recreational Area. You will only be about 85 miles to Las Vegas, 55 miles to Kingman, AZ, 120 miles to Lake Havasu City, and 80 miles to California. The new Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge has finally been completed, which drastically reduces the travel time to and from Las Vegas. This brings this area into commuter range of Henderson and Las Vegas.

The area is covered in various pinion, sage brush, native grasses, and other scattered trees.

Driving Directions

From the intersection of I-40 and Route 93 go north on Route 93 about 29.25 miles
Turn right onto Pearce Ferry Road toward Dolan Springs
29 miles later turn right onto Diamond Bar Road.
13.2 miles later turn left. You will pass the C W Ranch
0.62 miles later continue going roughly north, do not follow the bend to the left
0.55 miles later follow the bend to the left, do not branch off to the right
0.43 miles later take the fork to the left. The road to the right is worth sightseeing later as it goes to the rim and through some Joshua tree forest area
2.2 miles later stay straight, do not take the left fork. After this point there is a steep rocky climb. If you are not driving a sturdy 4x4 vehicle you should consider hiking the rest of the way.
1 mile later take the fork to the right, dont follow the bend to the left
1.3 miles later you will begin a gradual bend to the left, do not turn right. 0.69 miles later you will be at the property.
