Honcut Creek Ranch

This ranch is located East and West of Hwy 70 just North of Marysville at the Butte and Yuba County line. The orchard straddles Honcut Creek to the North and to the South. The orchard is currently planted to 210 acres of Chandler Walnuts, 130 acres of French Prunes and 21 acres of Cling Peaches. Portions of this ranch are being farmed CCOF Organic which can command a price that is double what the standard commodity is worth. One of the highlights of this ranch is the water resources. There are six total wells on the property that produce over 9,000 GPM as well as Riparian Rights out of Honcut Creek. This is an excellent growing area for deep rooted tree crops as many different types are grown in this region. Marketing package can be sent upon request as well as a private tour.
