Turn key hemp and hop farm on the banks of the Willamette River. The property includes 100 acres of owned ground planted to hemp with 10 acres of Citra hops in addition to 436 acres of leased ground in contracted hops of various varietals.
The property features a seven kiln dryer with 6M natural gas BTU per floor (new in 2008). 7 40hp VFD fans for 68,350 CFM airflow. This system dried hemp the last two seasons. Also included is a baling building with 2 computer controlled balers and conveyors. There is a mint still that could be converted to an extraction facility.
