There are several wet weather creeks (Juliann and Penitas) that feed into Lagarto Creek and run throughout most of the ranch. Other Improvements: The ranch has over 5 miles of game fence as the entire perimeter boundary is game fenced. The southwestern boundary is a brand new game fence.
