This tract totals 120 acres more or less and is a diverse mix of good tillable soils, native hay meadow and native pasture. The cropland totals approximately 54.5 acres comprised entirely of good Woodson and Kenoma silt loam soils. The native hay meadow is of excellent quality and totals 18.69 acres according to FSA records. The pasture portion encompasses approximately 40 acres and contains mostly native grass with very little waste with just a few trees in the interior. The fences on the North 40 will need some attention, mainly in a stretch along the west side.
