Driving Directions

From Coeur d Alene, Idaho travel I-90 eastbound ~20 miles. Take Exit 34 for ID-3 towards Rose Lake/Harrison/St. Maries. Turn Right onto ID-3. Head south on highway ID-3 ~22 miles. Turn left onto S Hells Gulch Road. Using your odometer, travel 1.8 miles to the green farm gate on the right (south side of road). Be sure you are at the gate with the Molpus Woodlands Group real estate sign on it. There is room for parking but please do not block the gate. The gate is currently locked, so please contact Molpus in advance to gain vehicle access. Please feel free to walk the property as well.

To access lot 2 from the gate: travel the road (south) for 0.25 miles (1,300 ft) to the T intersection. Turn right (west) and travel 0.25 miles (1,350 ft) to an intersection. This is about where the NE corner of lot 2 is. Turn left. Lot 2 is on the right side of the road. You can travel this road about 0.28 miles and you will continue to see lot 2 on the right side of the road.
